Ok! My shoulder has been doing better for some time now. I can swim, bike, and run with relatively no pain, and my physical therapist has assured me that I will not cause any more damage even if it does hurt a little. For the last several weeks, I haven't been following a strict training "plan" per se, but I've been trying to up the activity levels a bit. Biking to and from MATC for class 3-4 times a week isn't much, but at ~7.5 miles each way, it's better than nothing. I've also been trying to throw some runs in there when I feel like it, usually between 5 and 7 miles each. I even went for my first swim since "the incident" and had almost no pain! Now that I am on the mend, the time has come for a REAL training plan. Starting today, I'll be following (more or less) a 20 week plan laid out in a 2011 issue of Triathlete Europe Magazine: Super Simple Ironman Training Plan. Super and simple? Me likey.
